Registered Dental Hygienist

Part-Time (Full-Time Potential)

OHIOSmiles, a privately owned dental practice founded by Dr. Denise Antalis in 1991, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Located at 1500 Deerpath Drive in Cambridge, OH, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
• Take radiographs using Dexis imaging software
• Provide thorough patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Assist in sterilization procedures and protocols
• Learn and utilize Open Dental scheduling software
• Help create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for patients

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a team player who is:

• Skilled in time management and able to adapt to a dynamic schedule
• Communicative and professional with patients and team members
• Reliable, upbeat, and passionate about making a positive impact
• Open to learning new skills and technology as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified to administer local anesthesia (preferred but not required)
• RDH with EFDA credentials (a plus!)

Requirements

• Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
